Ledcor seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years managing high-rise residential projects for a major general contractor. You will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, interpret contracts, and control project execution. The work includes civil, earthworks, wet utilities, mass timber, and other complex construction.

Key Responsibilities

Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, staffing, and equipment needsCoordinate designers, technical teams, clients, and discipline managersDevelop construction execution plans, staging, workplans, and subcontractingOversee onsite quality, productivity, progress,
