This senior engineer supports the Guidewire Cloud Platform and InsuranceSuite products. You will collaborate with customers, partners, product development, engineering, and support teams. The work includes microservices reliability, observability, incident management, and technical communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience with Bash, Python, and/or GoKnowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKSExperience supporting Java, Apache, and Tomcat applicationsComfort with customer communication and up to 25% travelApply your reliability engineering, automation, and communication expertise to strengthen Guidewire customer-focused cloud operations.
