About the Position

Currently, our company is actively seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail oriented AI Automation Coordinator. For this role, responsibilities include the following:

- Coordinating and supporting the implementation of AI driven automation across business and manufacturing processes to minimize manual effort, errors, and wasted time.
- Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of automated workflows and procedures to ensure consistently efficient operations.
- Partnering with department staff to identify process improvement opportunities, communicate automation standards, and support performance tracking using established metrics.
- Testing automated solutions, comparing results to requirements, and documenting approval or rejection determinations.
- Maintaining accurate process and system documentation and performing data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.




- Monitoring the performance of AI tools and software vendors against agreed specifications and communicating requirements as needed.
- Coordinating internal and external reviews of automated systems, including data security and privacy, and helping implement corrective action plans.
- Staying current on relevant AI technologies, industry regulations, and standards, and helping ensure company practices remain compliant.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in AI implementation, process automation, process improvement, or a related role preferred, ideally within a manufacturing workplace.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and lean manufacturing techniques and 6S principles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external vendors/auditors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $37,500.00-$45,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
