As Team Lead, you will manage a pod of Fraud Investigators within Wealthsimple’s Security & Risk group. You will guide daily operations, maintain case-closure Service Level Agreements, and protect investigative quality. The work spans fraud typologies, financial ledgers, transaction metadata, and regulatory requirements.

Three or more years of backend fraud investigations experienceExperience with banking, payments, account takeovers, or digital assetsTrack record mentoring, coaching, or leading peersDeep understanding of fraud typologies and financial ledgersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsApply fraud investigation leadership, decisive judgment, and detailed coaching to strengthen Wealthsimple’s defenses against evolving financial crime.
