Your work includes supporting SimCorp One and other platforms, translating operational needs into requirements, and improving production support practices. Key Responsibilities

Support platform implementations, requirements, testing, readiness, and user supportMonitor production processes, incidents, escalations, and support practicesIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processesCollaborate with business, technology, data teams,



and service providersCoordinate incident resolution across project teams and vendorsRequirements:
