As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product line lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through delivery, launch, and adoption. You will define customer outcomes, write precise requirements, and guide decisions across engineering, UX, Sales, Support, and Marketing. Your work will cover APIs, data, integrations, and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, delivery, launch, and adoptionDefine customer problems, outcomes, priorities, and product requirementsAssess APIs, data, integrations, dependencies,



and architecture at scalePartner with engineering and UX on product feature decisionsSupport customer engagements, demonstrations, briefings, and conferencesRequirements:
At least four years managing enterprise software or SaaS productsTechnical foundation covering APIs, data, and system architectureWorking knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Azure, and AWSUnderstanding of security, authentication, certificates, encryption, SSO, SAML, and OAuthDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fieldBring product leadership, technical judgment, and transparent communication to SOTI’s enterprise mobile and IoT management solutions.
