Stafford Gray is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a public-sector IT Infrastructure Services organization in Southeast Michigan. You’ll work across the Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. You’ll own project assignments from requirements through implementation, so this role suits a self-starter who takes ownership. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in the Waterford/Pontiac area. Remote days follow standard business hours from an adequate home office. Gather requirements, analyze data, design solutions, and write technical requirements for infrastructure projects Support ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB/Discovery, and Webex Test and implement technology solutions,



and support users through rollout Write Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contract Scopes of Deliverables 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst ~ Hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically integrations or work in Asset Management, Inventory Management, or CMDB/Discovery.
