The Opportunity
We’re looking for a results-driven and people-oriented General Manager to lead our team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of all hotel operations, ensure financial success, and deliver exceptional guest experiences—all while helping to build a strong and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bar & VLT services, and tenant managementProvide strategic direction to achieve financial and service excellenceRecruit, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing teamUphold hotel brand standards and ensure guest satisfactionDrive revenue growth through smart sales and marketing initiativesManage budgeting, cost controls, and financial reportingMaintain a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace environmentLiaise with the parent company (NHDC)



to ensure alignment with corporate goalsChampion environmentally sustainable practices within the hotelPerform additional tasks assignedWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years in hotel operations, including at least 3 years as a General ManagerPost-secondary diploma in hospitality or equivalent experienceExperience with midscale or select-service brands;
IHG experience is strongly preferredStrong understanding of financial management, guest services, and operational leadershipExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, quick-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhy Work with Us
