This regular, full-time supervisor provides strategic, operational, and people leadership across the Projects organization. You will lead a small skilled team while developing strategic plans, roadmaps, KPIs, and implementation plans. The work connects performance data, workforce planning, organizational capability, and stakeholder priorities to informed leadership decisions.
