Hiring: Senior AI / GenAI Engineer (AI-DLC)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI / GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within a regulated financial services environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC).

Experience: 8 Years Overall | 3 Years AI/ML | 1 Year GenAI/LLM

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
- Apply AI-DLC across requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment using AI-assisted SDLC practices.
- Build reusable AI frameworks for document processing, extraction, validation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop agentic solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and equivalent frameworks.
- Implement prompt engineering, context optimization, LLM evaluation, feedback loops, and quality improvement.
- Establish LLMOps practices covering monitoring, observability, cost tracking, versioning, experiment tracking, and CI/CD.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms using APIs and microservices.
- Ensure security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, model risk management, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Robust Python, SQL, REST API, and microservices development experience.
- Production experience with GenAI/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge bases, and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with AI-DLC / AI-assisted SDLC and AI tools for development and delivery.
- LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Vector databases and search: MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Elasticsearch, or similar.
- AWS / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), and CI/CD.
- ML/NLP fundamentals: transformers, embeddings, semantic search, and model evaluation.
- MLflow / Weights & Biases, Git, and experiment tracking.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Banking, financial services, fintech, KYC/AML, or compliance automation experience.
- Document AI, identity verification, and enterprise vendor integrations.
- AI governance, guardrails, model risk management, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- RLHF or feedback-driven model optimization.
- AWS / Azure certifications and technical leadership experience.
