Lead corporate taxation at Maple Leaf Foods through income tax accounting, compliance, and technical leadership across the finance function. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Vice President, Taxation, the Director provides leadership and technical expertise across tax strategies. The position manages income tax accounting, compliance, tax planning, controversy matters, and ad hoc projects. It also develops talent within the tax team.

CPA, preferably with a CA backgroundCPA Canada In-depth Tax Course or MTax degreeMinimum 10 years Canadian income tax experienceAt least five years at a public companyExperience managing skilled teams and international tax structuresBring Canadian income tax expertise, leadership, and collaboration to Maple Leaf Foods’ corporate tax function and finance team.
