The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation matters. Managing a caseload of corporate and commercial litigation files, including shareholder, contractual and commercial disputes, from inception through resolution. Drafting pleadings, affidavits, briefs and other court materials, and conducting legal research. Advising clients directly on litigation strategy, risk and resolution options. A litigation lawyer with: Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. 3 to 6 years of litigation experience in private practice in Canada,
