As Director of Qualitative Research and Senior Moderator, you will support Analysts, Managers, and Vice-Presidents on client projects. You will design research, moderate interviews and focus groups, analyze findings, and develop strategic reports. The role combines client service, consultative research, and project leadership.

Seven or more years of relevant research experienceRelevant university degree or postgraduate certificateStrong written and oral English communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Office Suite skillsAvailability for travel and occasional evening focus groupsBring strategic research, senior moderation, and client service capabilities to Dig Insights’ qualitative research leadership team.
