Strathmore Landscape Management seeks a Branch Manager for full-time, permanent leadership across Ottawa–Gatineau operations. You will oversee landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow and ice management, financial results, operational KPIs, and client relationships. The role reports to the Vice-President, Operations.

Lead budgets, profitability, P&L; results, and operational KPIsExecute branch business plans with leadershipPlan seasonal staffing, training, equipment, and service readinessCoach teams and set explicit performance expectationsResolve client concerns and support contract retentionRequirements:
At least 7 years of progressive relevant experienceExperience managing budgets, productivity, and operating costsUnderstanding of seasonal operations and workforce planningStrong coaching, communication, and client relationship skillsEnglish and French communication skills, plus valid driver’s licenceApply your landscaping operations, financial management, and leadership experience to guide Strathmore’s Ottawa–Gatineau branch.
