Reporting to the Project Director, the Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing all stages of railway track construction and maintenance. The position requires solid management skills and a thorough understanding of construction practices. You will coordinate workers, materials, and equipment while supervising sub-contractors to ensure compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage resources, scheduling labor and equipment
- Review project drawings and contract documentation
- Monitor quality standards and subcontractor performance




- Report production quantities and labor productivity weekly
- Ensure compliance with safety and project procedures

Requirements:
- 10+ years of recent construction experience
- High School graduation with relevant training
- Knowledge of project controls and material management
- Valid Driver’s License and current First Aid
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed
