Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceEight or more years in strategy, operations, or consultingExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives to completionStrong analytical, quantitative, and financial capabilitiesHands-on experience building adopted internal AI workflows or agentsBring structured problem solving, executive communication, and AI fluency to Equinix’s DIO strategy and operations work.
