As a Property Maintenance Operator, you will maintain YRP buildings and related systems within Capital Projects & Facilities. The work includes repairs, contractor coordination, maintenance scheduling, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and facility support. You will also monitor equipment, supplies, utilities, and site conditions.

Two-year college diploma in Building Maintenance or related fieldTwo years’ facility management, operations, or related experienceKnowledge of HVAC, WHMIS, and building automation systemsBasic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skillsUnderstanding of Ontario Building Code requirementsApply building systems knowledge, repair skills, and contractor coordination expertise maintaining York Regional Police facilities at Headquarters.
