As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will own the data plane user experience for developers and business users. You will support Cursor, Devin, ChatGPT, and LibreChat while helping manage firm-wide AI costs. The team combines user enablement, troubleshooting, education, and feedback for platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Own support queues for enterprise generative AI tools
- Troubleshoot IDE integrations, chat interfaces, and access issues
- Guide teams toward cost-efficient models without reducing output quality
- Review quota increases and explain spend visibility dashboards
