This Product

Manager owns the incubator’s impact and translates strategy into shipped outcomes. You will guide an autonomous team without Product Owners, making timely decisions amid uncertainty and changing information. The work requires close collaboration with UX Design, customer service, business development, subject matter experts, and developers. You will focus on customer value, practical outcomes, and solutions for Canadian entrepreneurs.

- Make decisions with incomplete information and evolving evidence




- Refine priorities, milestones, deliverables, opportunities, and risks
- Educate stakeholders about the squad’s way of working Requirements:
