SLB seeks a Production Manager for its Current Energy & Industrial Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will lead approximately 4–6 Production Supervisors and 100–130 employees. The role focuses on safe, efficient, cost-effective delivery while supporting manufacturing strategies for growing data center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead facility production operations and achieve SQDC objectivesMaintain HSE compliance, risk mitigation, and reporting practicesImplement tier meetings, visual management, and standardized workDrive Kaizen, problem-solving,



and waste elimination initiativesDevelop frontline leaders and succession planningRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experienceAt least seven years of manufacturing leadership experienceAt least three years managing multiple production areasExperience leading manufacturing teams exceeding 75 employeesExperience improving SQDC performance and operational excellenceBring production leadership, Lean Manufacturing, and workforce planning expertise to SLB’s Calgary data center manufacturing operations.
