Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years’ relevant experienceExperience managing complex operations and managersBackground in transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceExperience leading large-scale process, risk, technology, and people changesKnowledge of wealth management, investment operations, or financial servicesBring strategic vision, coaching, and operational excellence to investment transfers at National Bank.
