- Red teaming and offensive security research

- CTF participation with notable rankings

- Development of security tools or research frameworks

- Security research publications, technical blogs, or conference presentations

- Cybersecurity startup or founder experience

- AI/LLM/Agentic systems engineering
- Secure software architecture and threat modeling

- Vulnerability remediation and patch development

Technical Skills

- Solid software engineering skills in one or more of:

- Python
- Go

- Java

- C/C++
- Experience across the full lifecycle:

- Vulnerability Research

- Exploit/Reproduction

- Root Cause Analysis
- Remediation & Patching

- Validation & Verification

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies and agentic frameworks applied to cybersecurity challenges.
