As Manager, Change Management, you will support technology transformation initiatives across 12 international markets. The work spans organizational readiness, adoption, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. You will help employees, leaders, and business partners adopt recent solutions and ways of working while supporting regulated banking operations.
