As Senior Project Manager, you will lead utility, hybrid power, and electrification projects for utilities, Indigenous communities, and industrial clients. You will manage complex capital or infrastructure projects through definition, construction, commissioning, and handover. The work requires Canadian utility practices, multidisciplinary coordination, and robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Establish project execution plans, scopes, budgets, schedules, governance, and reportingManage client priorities, progress, risks, decisions, and approvalsCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teamsMonitor costs,



forecasts, contracts, changes, invoicing, and commercial issuesMaintain integrated schedules and resolve project interfacesRequirements:
Over 10 years managing complex capital or infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience managing utility projectsStrong understanding of Canadian utility practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, reporting, and organizational skillsRelevant degree or diploma, or equivalent education and experienceBring senior project leadership, utility expertise, and commercial judgment to Hatch’s Vancouver power delivery team.
