At least three years preferred in multi-unit general managementExperience developing productive management teams through effective coachingStrong oral and written communication skillsClean driving record and residence in managed marketAvailability for occasional weekend shifts and extensive travelUse financial oversight, coaching, and customer service leadership to strengthen Planet Fitness clubs throughout the Calgary district.
