Our client, a Top 5 Canadian Bank, is looking to hire a Project Manager for a 10-month contract (with potential extension or conversion to FTE). Manage, develop, and maintain project plans for current building integration initiatives. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential issues. Execute project plans balancing budget, time, and risk while ensuring milestones are achieved. Collaborate with executives, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support decision-making. Provide expert project management guidance, conduct status reviews, and prepare executive-level presentations. Chair meetings, build consensus, and communicate project updates with clarity and impact. Coach and mentor teams, develop resources plans, and continuously improve project delivery practices. 7-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional environments. Experience in real estate or workplace transformation/relocation projects. Demonstrated ability to engage with executives and senior stakeholders across business units. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint. Proven track record in developing and executing detailed project plans.
