AtkinsRéalis seeks experienced Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded UAE projects within a growing team. The position focuses on contracts and commercial management, including variations, claims, payment assessments, and project reporting. Experience with FIDIC Contracts, CostX or similar QS software, and high-rise office or residential projects is relevant.

Administer commercial contracts after contract awardAssess re-measurement, interim, and final account paymentsPrepare monthly cost reports and evaluate variationsManage contractor claims, provisional sums,
and prime costsManage bonds, insurances, and nominated subcontractorsRequirements:
Minimum 10 years’ relevant post-degree experienceDegree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised universityPrevious FIDIC Contracts experience preferredMinimum four years’ consultant or client backgroundCostX or similar QS software knowledge requiredApply senior quantity surveying expertise across UAE contracts, commercial management, cost reporting, and high-rise project delivery.
