Our Construction client is an Edmonton general contractor and construction management firm that is dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. We act as part of our clients' team to keep projects on schedule and on budget, and we take safety seriously as members of the Alberta Construction Safety Association and the Edmonton Construction Association.
We are looking for a Senior Superintendent to run one of our largest projects on site. You will lead the site team and the trades, keep everyone protected, protect the schedule and make sure what we build is what we promised. Lead safety on site.
Control cost in the field. Verify quantities, document changes quickly and help keep the project on budget.
Build to quality. Check the work before it is covered, manage inspections and lead the project through turnover.
Manage trades. Coach foremen and assistant superintendents who will become your replacements.
Keep accurate daily reports and give the Project Manager,



Project Director and owner straight updates.10+] years in commercial or institutional construction, including [4+] years leading as a superintendent.
A record of finishing large projects safely and on schedule.
Strong schedule-reading and look-ahead planning skills.
Trade ticket, diploma or degree in construction management.
Construction management or design-build experience.
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project or and MS OfficeWHAT YOU GET Base salary of $120,000
- $145,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus.
