As a Senior Staff Software Developer for the Software Platform (SP) organization in Toronto, you will be at the forefront of this historic cultural and financial shift, serving as the senior-most individual contributor and a technical leader across five SP teams-Networking, Observability, Compute, Provisioning, and Storage. What you’ll do:● Lead architecture, strategy, and technical direction across SP teams, driving end-to-end system design and alignment.● Build scalable, reliable infrastructure systems● Collaborate with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to solve technical challenges and define best practices.● Act as a mentor and technical leader, sharing expertise and fostering growth across teams.● Own roadmapping and delivery of critical platform initiatives,



including service mesh implementation and infrastructure modernization.10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a Staff or Senior Staff role● Proven track record in technical leadership, system design, and architecture at scale.● Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering initiatives and shipping platform-wide improvements● Experience with cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, AWS, gRPC, and related tools.● Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse technical stakeholders.●
