The Senior Counsel collaborates with Claims, Underwriting, Brokers, Cyber and Technology, and Risk Management stakeholders. The work promotes ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Minimum eight years of relevant post-call legal experienceMembership in the Quebec or Ontario barDeep compliance, regulatory, and privacy experienceFluency in spoken and written French and EnglishStrong judgment, communication, drafting, and problem-solving skillsApply senior legal judgment, privacy expertise, and compliance leadership while supporting Intact’s regulated Canadian operations and stakeholders.
