You will work side by side with clients in manufacturing settings, applying operations consulting skills to improve execution. Experience with data analysis, project management, or supply chain management is valued.

Three to five years for Senior Consultant rolesFive to ten years for Project Manager or Director rolesBachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fieldsDemonstrated LEAN tools experience in manufacturing environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skillsBring manufacturing consulting, LEAN tools, and client coaching experience to X/Celerant's Canada-wide Management Consultant team.
