Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess their roofing and exterior needsGuide customers through the sales process with professionalism and careConduct roof inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunitiesClose deals and follow up for referrals and positive reviewsBuild a referral network and attend marketing events to grow your pipelineUse CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communicationYou're a Fit If You Have:
2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus)High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skillsThe confidence to ask for the sale and follow through to closeComfort using ladders and inspecting exterior featuresA valid driver's license and clean recordHigh school diploma or equivalentTech-savviness with CRM or mobile business appsSelf-motivation, organization, and a desire to grow long-term with a teamLocation:
