You will support project delivery from conception through construction start, using take-offs, cost analysis, and constructability advice. The work requires robust relationships with subtrades, consultants, suppliers, clients, and operations teams.

Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos project pursuitsPrepare full-cost estimates from concept through tenderLead estimating workshops and transparent cost decisionsComplete material, labour, equipment,



and subcontractor take-offsTrack estimated versus actual costs and report variancesRequirements:
Five years of estimating experienceFour years of construction management experienceEngineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diplomaAdvanced Excel and cost-estimating software proficiencyStrong drawing interpretation and cost-modelling abilitiesApply civil estimating, cost modelling, and collaborative communication to deliver value across Chandos infrastructure projects.
