Our very successful Surrey based client is looking for a Director of Finance with proven success in a construction environment to join their team. This role offers a marvelous opportunity to put your strong technical accounting & controls knowledge, operationally focused FP&A; modelling talents, computer system intelligence and proven leadership to work.
Reporting to the President at the Surrey head office of this growing multi-location company, you will be leading a valuable size accounting team that would love to develop their skills. Mentoring & growing accounting staff including designated CPAs and students is a passion for you.
The end game is to automate wherever possible, improving both accuracy and timeliness, enabling you to spend more time on enhancing the profitability of the business by providing meaningful information.
Having a seat at the Leadership table, you are passionate about working with your Operational Peers and helping the business grow from a finance lens. Aside from capitalizing on the opportunity to select and lead a new ERP system implementation,



you have advanced Excel & financial modelling skills and are both curious and passionate about new technologies that could be a benefit.
