Senior Storage Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
who thrives in complex Linux and storage environments and is passionate about automation, reliability, and operational excellence. 3 days per week in the officeWhat You'll Do
Design, manage, and optimize large-scale enterprise storage environments, including
IBM Storage Scale (GPFS)
and NAS platforms.Automate infrastructure management and operational processes using
Python
and modern tooling.Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance storage platform performance, availability, and reliability.Support and maintain mission-critical
Linux-based
environments and distributed storage systems.Partner with cloud, networking, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical challenges.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, observability, and SRE best practices.Contribute to the scalability and future growth of enterprise storage services.What You'll Bring
Strong experience with
Linux Administration
in enterprise environments.Hands-on expertise with
NAS technologies, file systems,



and protocols such as
NFS
and
SMB/CIFS .Knowledge of
Software Defined Storage (SDS)
and cloud technologies.Experience supporting storage and Unix protocols including
Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB .Strong Python scripting skills with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.Solid understanding of
TCP/IP networking, DNS, and storage connectivity concepts.Experience supporting large-scale, highly available production environments.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience with
IBM Storage Scale (GPFS)
