We are seeking a National Sales Manager who will lead Strategic, Key, Specialty and new business opportunities in Canada. This individual will be accountable for growing current accounts, while responsibly developing new business opportunities. The Canadian National Sales Manager will lead a team of external sales reps. This remote position is available to candidates based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON. Driving sustainable revenue growth and sell-through at retail POS Partnering with Marketing, Commercial and Sales Leadership on building the omnichannel plan for accounts within Canada. Collaborating with Sales Leadership to establish robust and achievable KPI’s Ensuring servicing coverage of account base is maximized Collaborating closely with Sales Support team, ensuring smooth Go-To-Market processes and tools tailored for the Canadian market. Ensuring premier brand presence at brick and mortar and retail.
Delivering results while building cross functional relationships and being a great teammate. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Attention to and excellence in managing details and deadlines. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated emotional intelligence Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree in business or related field Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience working within the Consumer Goods space.



Direct sales experience within the Sporting Goods, Outdoor, Lifestyle channels, and experience working with Strategic/Key accounts.
