The work supports safer maintenance systems, stronger equipment reliability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with plant leadership and frontline maintenance teams while developing technical capability.

Three or more years in maintenance planning, leadership, or engineeringManufacturing maintenance experience preferredDemonstrated RCM, Predictive Maintenance, and CMMS experienceStrong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skillsAbility to travel up to 40% of the timeUse Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, and reliability practices to improve equipment performance and maintenance capability throughout IPEX.
