As GTM Developer, Expansion & Retention, you will connect product usage, support, and renewal signals to revenue actions. You will work across RevOps, customer success operations, marketing operations, and GTM engineering. The work includes HubSpot data flows, LLM workflow design, and reusable modules for Sales and Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts earlyDesign agentic cross-sell motions for existing customersOwn product usage and CRM data flowsReplace manual workflows with reusable AI pipeline modulesReport outcomes and run controlled experimentsRequirements:
Hands-on automation experience in RevOps or GTM engineeringExperience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar toolsPython or TypeScript knowledge for integrations and transformationWorking SQL and solid CRM fluencyExperience shipping AI agents or LLM workflowsApply GTM engineering, AI agents, and trusted data flows to improve ShareGate renewal and expansion outcomes.
