Own Workday PI commitments and maintain the delivery backlogAllocate internal and partner resources across competing prioritiesOversee incidents, service requests, defects, and production risksDeliver enhancements through testing, deployment, stabilization,
and transitionReport commitments, capacity, risks, trade-offs, and decisionsRequirements:
Eight-plus years delivering Workday or comparable enterprise HCM solutionsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Workday delivery, AMS, and production supportExperience managing capacity without direct reporting authorityKnowledge of configuration, security, integrations, testing, and releasesBring Workday delivery, capacity planning, service management, and stakeholder accountability to McKesson’s HCM Technology portfolio.
