As a
Director of Client Delivery & Success
, you will be accountable for portfolio performance, client trust, and commercial sustainability across all service engagements.
You will lead the Project Management function and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent programs. Acting as the executive liaison for strategic accounts, you will build long-term client partnerships while safeguarding delivery governance, profitability,



and operational discipline.
