Lead Minnesota DNR’s statewide fleet program from St. Paul, overseeing vehicles, equipment, databases, and fleet operations. This full time position offers eligible telework.
As Fleet Supervisor, you will lead staff within Operations Services / Management Resources. You will oversee purchasing, disposal, safety, maintenance, repairs, fuel, billing, financial analysis, and budgeting. The position supports safe, reliable, efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible fleet operations across Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee road vehicles, off-road equipment, trailers, and attachmentsSupervise fleet vehicle and equipment purchasing and disposalManage CDLs, CMVs, accidents, insurance, and fleet trainingOversee fuel management, maintenance,



and repairsAdminister fleet rates, databases, billing, and financial activitiesRequirements:
Six years of progressively responsible fleet experienceTwo years of fleet operations supervisory or lead experienceExperience with fleet management databases and related toolsUnrestricted Class D license with a clear driving recordAbility to obtain professional fleet certification within twelve monthsBring fleet leadership, safety knowledge, financial oversight, and database experience to Minnesota DNR operations in St. Paul.
