As an Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role in Canada’s EY wavespace and CX team, working with some of our most forward-thinking clients as they navigate complex business challenges and opportunities. You will work at the frontier of their transformation and AI agendas, helping to shape priorities and influence strategic direction.
Leveraging EY’s design thinking-based wavespace methodology, you will design and facilitate collaborative client sessions that foster alignment, generate innovative ideas, and enable informed strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in high-impact client projects and initiatives, bringing together diverse stakeholders to co-create solutions, shape innovation and transformation agendas, and deliver meaningful, actionable outcomes.
