Lead operational accounting across multiple sectors with IFRS expertise and strong financial controls in this senior leadership role. Partner closely with Operations.
Reporting to the Vice President, Accounting, the Director oversees accounting integrity across a complex, multi-entity environment. This position leads close processes, reporting, compliance, controllership, and process improvement. It also develops accounting professionals and supports Operations, Clients, and audit stakeholders while strengthening governance and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Controllers and Accountants across multiple sectorsOversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processesEnsure IFRS, policy,



and internal control complianceReview reconciliations and resolve balance sheet issuesImplement standardized processes, automation, and AI-enabled improvementsRequirements:
CPA designation or equivalent with solid IFRS knowledgeProgressive accounting or controllership leadership experienceExpertise in reporting, controls, compliance, and risk managementExperience managing and developing accounting professionalsAdvanced Excel and financial systems experience;
JD Edwards an assetBring controllership leadership, IFRS knowledge, and operational accounting expertise to strengthen reporting, governance, and scalable processes.
