As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations for client organizations. The work combines solution leadership, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and measurable business outcomes. You will guide complex HR transformations while developing junior consultants.

Six or more years in SAP SuccessFactors implementationsDeep expertise in Learning Management SystemsSAP SuccessFactors Learning certificationExperience guiding client engagements and complex HR transformationsTechnical expertise with strategic thinkingBring SAP SuccessFactors Learning leadership, LMS expertise, and implementation experience to EY’s Calgary HR Technology practice.
