LoopX is building all-condition intelligence to make mining safer and more productive in the world's harshest underground environments. Based in Toronto and Sudbury, we develop physical AI systems that combine thermal perception, edge computing, and vision AI to enable reliable detection and decision-making in environments where traditional systems fail.
We are looking for a Head of Operations & Finance to work closely with the CEO in building and scaling LoopX. This person will own core financial planning and internal operations, ensuring the leadership team has clear visibility into performance and the infrastructure needed to grow efficiently.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape how a company operates from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with the CEOLead preparation of board materials, including monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insightsTrack key financial and operating metrics;
