This permanent position supports FCC’s Project Finance and Strategic Finance teams. You will apply project finance, structured finance, venture debt, project development, or commercial lending expertise. The role focuses on adjudicating complex proposals, mitigating risk, and developing strategic relationships with Operations and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicate, authorize, or recommend loans across capital solutionsReview source documents and proposals for authorizationAssess corporate and credit risk policy consistentlyAnalyze loan and security amendments,



plus policy exceptionsCollaborate with legal services on credit agreementsRequirements:
Degree in business, economics, or agricultural economicsAt least ten years’ commercial or corporate lending experienceAt least five years’ project finance experienceAdvanced credit analysis and infrastructure finance knowledgeExcel and financial modelling software proficiencyBring project finance, advanced credit analysis, and strategic relationship-building expertise to FCC’s Canadian agri-food financing mandate.
