You need to understand the platform and how websites are structured and delivered in Webflow so you can successfully scope, brief and manage work across our design and development teams. Ideally, you’re also comfortable working directly in Webflow and can jump in to make smaller content, CMS or site updates yourself when needed. This is a real opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-scaling agency at a senior level, with direct impact on how our Client Success function grows. 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a senior Digital Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Producer role managing retainer accounts, not just projects, with the ability to grow and deepen relationships over time web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy Strong Webflow knowledge, with a solid understanding of the platform and how Webflow websites are structured and delivered when priorities shift, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts without anything falling through the cracks Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms Full qualified English proficiency resume must be submitted in English Leading roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts Translating client goals into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams Proactively identifying and driving account expansion opportunities, including Webflow’s Optimise and Analyse products, and presenting them as natural recommendations Managing retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching scope or budget risks early Staying current on digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO/AEO and web performance, to bring informed perspective to client conversations based in either the ET, CT, or PT time zone We’re open to either full-time employment or a contract arrangement for the right person.
