As Supplier Quality Engineer, you will improve supplier performance through audits, manufacturing reviews, and structured problem solving. You will work with suppliers and internal teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Production, and Customer Care. The position connects supplier quality with reliable purchased products and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead supplier process audits and manufacturing capability reviewsInvestigate nonconformances, disruptions, warranty claims, and complaintsApply 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, and 5W1HCoordinate containment, sorting, rework,



and replacement materialDevelop supplier projects for process control and mistake-proofingRequirements:
Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized institutionFive-plus years of supplier quality or mechanical engineering experiencePractical manufacturing experience with industrial processesStrong knowledge of drawings, tolerances, inspection, and assembliesData-driven judgment and hands-on problem-solving approachUse manufacturing expertise, evidence-based analysis, and supplier development discipline to prevent recurrence across Jamesway’s supply network.
