This IT Applications Manager oversees applications spanning CSI and CBI business lines, including Finance, Risk, Compliance, Payments, and Corporate Banking. Reporting to the CACIB Americas CIO, you will combine business knowledge with technical expertise to support branches in the US, Brazil, and Canada. The scope includes BAU operations, projects, architecture input, and continuous improvement across business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise BAU activities and projects across functional areas

Advise departments on systems, procedures, and appropriate actions

Develop relationships with supported business stakeholders

Improve quality,

Maintain system integrity, including required out-of-hours support

Requirements

Business knowledge spanning Finance, Risk, and Compliance

Technical expertise across corporate and transverse applications

Ability to conduct feasibility studies and systems design

Experience managing staffing, training, development, and appraisals

Ability to support audits under CBTS Lead direction
