As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, generating interest in the company's products or services, and scheduling appointments for the sales or business development team. You will play an important role in building customer relationships, maintaining communication, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified appointments.
Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, responding to incoming inquiries, following up with potential clients, managing appointment schedules, maintaining accurate customer records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth appointment-setting process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, robust organizational abilities, and the confidence to engage with potential customers while representing the company positively.
Salary: 30 - 35 USD Per hour
